If you have contacted your carrier and are still unable to turn on Wi-Fi Calling, try the following steps:

Wait Before Switching Steps

Allow two minutes to pass before moving on to the next step.

Select SIM (Dual-SIM iPhones Only)

Choose the desired SIM line in Settings > Cellular > Wi-Fi Calling.

Enable Wi-Fi Calling

1. Go to Settings > Phone. 2. Tap on Wi-Fi Calling. 3. Enable "Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone." 4. Confirm in the pop-up window.

Follow These Steps for Troubleshooting
